35-Day Hassle-Free Returns
All items we sell include a 35-day return period starting from the date the order was placed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our support team within this period, and we will be happy to assist you.
During the 35-day period, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy. Our goal is to make the return process simple, fair, and stress-free for all customers.
Device Warranty (Phones, Tablets & iPads)
In addition to the standard return period, we also provide extended warranty coverage for phones, tablets, and iPads only. This warranty protects you in case the device stops working due to a fault or technical issue during the warranty period.
If a device develops a fault within the warranty period, you can return it to us, and we will arrange one of the following:
- We will repair it free of charge
- Replacement with the same model handset, where available
- A full refund, if a replacement cannot be provided
Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing electronic devices from us.
Device Condition Grade & Warranty Length
We sell devices in different condition grades, and each grade includes its own warranty period. To make things easier for customers, some condition names fall under the same grading category.
The following conditions are considered equivalent within each grade.
A – Brand New
The following conditions fall under Grade A:
- Brand New
- New
- Excellent – Refurbished
These items are in excellent condition and may be new or professionally refurbished to a very high standard.
Warranty: 12 Months

The following condition falls under Grade B:
These items may show very light signs of previous use but are fully tested and work perfectly.
Warranty: 6 Months

C – Good Condition
The following condition falls under Grade C:
These items may show visible signs of use such as marks or scratches, but they are fully functional and have been tested to ensure they work correctly.
Warranty: 3 Months

All other products we sell come with a standard 35-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 35 days from the date the order was placed.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold and must include all original packaging, accessories, and any items that were provided with the product.
This return policy applies to all item conditions, including:

- Brand New
- Used
- Refurbished
