All phones, tablets, and iPads we sell come with a standard warranty as follows, applicable both online and in-store:

• A Grade: 9 Months
• B Grade: 6 Months
• C Grade: 3 Months

Please note that the warranty does not cover faults caused by accidental damage or mistreatment of the device. In such cases, repair charges may apply. Repairs are typically completed within 2 working days (excluding weekends). However, some repairs may take up to 14 working days if parts need to be ordered or additional time is required for repairs.

If we are unable to repair your handset, we will provide a replacement handset. If a replacement is not available in stock, a full refund of the device's value will be issued.

For items requiring repair or refund, please email us at Order@cash4fone.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the return item. Once confirmed and ready for return, you can send the item back to us. You can either post it using your own label or drop it off at the nearest Cash 4 Fone store for quicker processing. Our staff will assist you with the repair or refund process.

Please note:

Even when dropping off a purchased return item at the store, repairs may still take 2-14 days if extensive repairs are needed.

For all repairs, we provide a 6-month standard warranty.

For rechecks or further repairs, please follow the same email procedure mentioned above.
