Account Deactivation & Closure

If you no longer wish to use your Cash4Fone account, you can request to deactivate or permanently close it.

Before submitting a closure request

• Ensure all pending orders are completed or resolved.
• We recommend cancelling any pending transactions or listings before closure.

To request account closure

Contact us at support@cash4fone.com and include:

• Your username
• Your registered email address (or account identifier)
• The reason for closing your account

What happens after your request

• We will review your request and verify account ownership.
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days from the date we receive your complete information.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your account has been closed.

Data deletion policy

Once your account is closed, your saved information, order history, preferences, and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. This data cannot be restored after deletion.

Cash4Fone is a recommerce platform. By closing your account, you acknowledge that you will no longer have access to past transactions, listings, or account details.
